  We had our house and garage roof cleaned by this company. The whole experience was 1st rate. They Surface smart guys are the nicest you could wish to meet and did extra work when they noticed the water in a drain wasn't clearing as it should. The roofs look amazing and all the waste was removed and everything around the house was cleaned up afterwards.

  Good experience all round. David the installer was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We have had a few weeks to use the alarm. Pleased to say it is easy to use and no false alarms.

  Ken and Jack are a great team and the nicest hardworking guys you could wish to meet; we felt perfectly happy leaving them with the house keys (and kettle + teabags!) while at work all day. Ken listened to what we wanted and added his own helpful suggestions that looks good and saved time and money. While the work was in progress Ken and Jack kept us informed of what was happening and everything tidy. One of the most reassuring things about Regency Building Services is the after sales service. Ken says any problems just phone me, and he means it!
