  Took multiple messages and him missing a booked appointment for him to fulfil the job. Claimed there was further work to be done and would send quotes, but has subsequently not responded to more multiple messages about whether he will provide a quote or do the job. Would not use again.

  Dominic was very quick to respond, polite and frank when discussing availability for work. He visited the site and conducted exploratory works, turning around his report in less than 12 hours and providing valuable insight into the likely costs involved. In addition, he was generous with his time on the phone, explaining some complicated factors about my project in clear terms with the benefit of his experience. I would highly recommend him - I will be using him again in the future.
