  Reliable, quick roof/chimney repairs carried out to a good standard

  Mark carried out repairs to our chimneys, roof ridges and roof verges which our building surveyors identified as causing leaks into our property. He was reliable and very easy to communicate with keeping us updated with photos during the works. The work was done to a good standard and our surveyors were happy with the completed repairs.   Chimney Repair

  We had a small leak suspected to be coming from the Chimney. Joe visited promptly and gave us a reasonable quote for the needed works. He advised to seal the chimney pots as they were not being used and likely the main cause of water ingress. He also quoted to rub down and fill in the exterior cracks and then re-paint the entire chimney. Other roofers had quoted for new lead but Joe advised that the existing lead was ok and just needed to be resealed which he did. The work looks to be have to be done to a good standard, work was tidy and Joe was reliable. The leak looks to have been solved.

  Repair roof leak; install new lead back gutter around chimney stack and neighbours dormer cheek.

  We had a roof leak suspected to be caused by poor workmanship when our neighbours dormer was constucted. Dave attended quickly and provided a reasonable quote to install new lead work and other repairs which was suspected to be causing the leak. Dave and his sons were very reliable and easy to communicate with; they always had time to explain what was needed to be done and took many photos of the completed work. The materials and work look to have been done to a good standard but if I am critical could have been a bit neater in areas. Fingers crossed it's solved the leak.

  CCTV Survey to find cause of repeat blockages + high pressure cleaning.

  Jez is very passionate about his trade and did an excellent job carrying out a CCTV survey and high pressure cleaning of our drains. Jez clearly explained all the options, costs and solutions (before and during the work) - he really knew his stuff and was very happy to spend some time to explain it. The CCTV survey revealed a huge amount of limescale in the drain pipe which was blocking around 50% in one section! He provided the CCTV footage showing the issue pre and post cleaning. He was honest, reliable and the prices quoted very reasonable. I would recommend pukka drains to all!

  Install complete new bathroom

  Matt installed a new bathroom in my flat and did an excellent job. He managed the whole project which included stripping the old bathroom down, preparing the walls for plastering, laying the new wall and floor tiles and installing the new bathroom furniture. He took care of the stripping, wall preparation, plumbing and bathroom furniture installation while the plastering and tiling were carried out by others hired by him. All the tradesman were reliable, professional and the quality of work was excellent. From the outset, Matt came when he said he would and kept me updated of the progress.

  Defrost and reset freezer.

  Richard was able to visit me within a few hours of calling. He promptly resolved the issue with the fridge/freezer which was caused by an internal blockage of ice which caused the fridge to stop cooling (it was a supposedly frost/free version). Very happy with the service and price. Thanks! :)
