  Outstanding quality, but one avoidable mistake

  Pros: - Did an outstanding job replacing my bungalow's roof; the quality of workmanship is excellent. - Took care to match the corner cement to the tile colour, giving the roof a highly professional finish. - Went above and beyond by replacing the peeling flat roof and rotten timbers behind the fascia. Cons: - Made an avoidable error by ordering the wrong tile colour. Two sample tiles were provided, one was selected, but the other was ordered. - Communication could have been warmer. The pair seemed quite reserved and unreceptive to courtesy, especially during the few days.

  Replacing locks for a new owner

  Pat was excellent. Swift, efficient, polite, and he did three things I really appreciated: 1.) He was there to replace four locks. He discovered that two doors were fitted improperly. So he took the time to reset them in their frames. Now they move smoothly rather than scraping the plastic. 2.) He (unprompted by me) suggested I replace the internal key turn with a catch release for convenience and easy escape in an emergency. 3.) When finished (again unprompted) he toured me through every lock with a demonstration. Verifying that everything functioned smoothly. Strong recommend.
