  Creative solution to an unusual problem (smoke pooling at roof level due to short chimney installed years ago). Cowltech designed a solution to the problem when others couldn't, worked quickly and tidily and also threw down some stranded kid's toys on the roof. Strongly recommended, they clearly know what they are doing.

  We are really happy with the result, our roof and solar panels look great after cleaning. TigerClean were very careful, protecting our garden when applying the moss removal treatment and checking with us on how to proceed when some issues were found with our roof. They also reattached some loose guttering for us free of charge. Highly recommended.

  Boiler service with parts replaced

  Routine boiler service highlighted a few parts which needed replacing. Rob took the time to point out the problem so we understood the need for replacements, ordered the parts and was back a few days later to complete the job. Overall quick and easy, and we were reassured by the time he took to explain everything.

  Service boiler, trace leak and install new taps

  We use Rob every year to service our boiler. He's unfailingly helpful, polite, and very competitive on price. This year we also had some leaks to trace and two taps that needed replacing. Rob was our first (and only) call - we trust him to always do an excellent job, and we haven't been disappointed.
