  Sean came with options to resolve problems at time of quoting. Estimate was favourable compared to others with final coming in just over, which included works that I requested in addition to what was evaluated. Communication was good and he did what he said he was going to do within an efficient time frame. Standard of work was good. I would use again and can recommend to others.
