  Arrived promptly even though outside his usual area. Charged me a bit more for that, but quickly identified and rectified the issue even though access was difficult.

  Repair/replace bedroom floor and redecorate

  I highly recommend Fifty Nine Building Services - very reliable, turned up on time every day, worked very hard, took great care in keeping my house tidy, cleaned up after themselves and took all of the rubbish away when the job was done. I had 2 jobs that needed to be done - repairing a floor and replacing the laminate following a radiator leak, and then redecorating the room. Both jobs were completed perfectly - I couldn't be happier. We're already thinking of other jobs we can ask them to do.

  Replaced toilet cistern inlet and flush valves

  Drew turned up on time and was clearly prepared for the job. He got on with the job quickly and, true to his word, was done within the hour. He cleaned up once he'd finished, leaving the bathroom spotless. Drew was very friendly, polite, and easy to get on with. Happy to recommend.

  Replaced front door lock.

  Arrived very quickly after I made the call, and within the time he said he'd arrive. He was able to replace the lock barrel, and showed me how the old one had failed. Also replaced the mechanism that connects the handle to the security bolts because the spring had worn, and cut me an extra set of keys for the new lock. The service was professional and courteous, and he left no mess. I'd happily recommend him, and will be using him for future work.
