  Drain blockage cleared in no time

  Within a minute of asking for help on check a trade, I received a call from drainage experts and Ali, an engineer was with me within the hour. He located the issue, communicated with me about what needed to be done and went ahead and did the work quickly and efficiently. He even cleaned inside the manholes! Thanks to Ali and team

  Deep Clean

  We moved into a new house and it was left in a pretty dirty state. We carried out some work and decorating then felt that even though we had given it a good go, we would feel better knowing there had been a deep clean carried out. Sam reached out really quickly and was able to come round and provide a really reasonable quote. Coming home from work after SOS had been was lovely. The house was sparkling and they managed to clean areas we wouldn't know where to start on - the oven looks clean enough to eat directly from!

  Excellent wallpapering

  Moved into a new house and whilst we were happy tackling the painting ourselves, we weren't so confident when it came to wallpapering. With it being a small room and only one wall I was worried nobody would come and help us out but Natalie came to the rescue. Her and a colleague came and got the job done quickly and beautifully matched the pattern. Couldn't have asked for more!

  Jonathan was great from the moment he answered our call for help. He provided advice and options to help us figure out what to do with our new home and a tricky ceiling we encountered. He was flexible with our timelines and fitted us in really quickly. The work was impeccable, leaving no trace he'd been here - the neatest plasterer I've ever had do work for me. Would 100% recommend.

  Asbestos Testing - Professional, Tidy and Speedy with GREAT Communication

  We're in the process of buying a new home and our survey had flagged the potential for asbestos. We put out a call for Asbestos Testers in the area and Terry at WestCross stood out. He supplied us with all the information we needed on how the testing was carried out, the steps they take if they need to remove any in future work and was happy to answer any questions we had. The whole process was made easy thanks to Terry. Lucky for us - no asbestos, and we found that out in just a few days. Thanks!
