  Happy all round customer!

  UKU did a first class job, at a fair price, on our staircase which was creaking badly and replaced our closed panel with spindles. We were so impressed that we asked if they could also lay Parquet flooring in three rooms, sand the hallway and oil the existing wooden floor. The result was first class. A thorough professional outfit. Gaz, the affable boss, worked tirelessly through the heatwave. I would recommend UKU very highly to anyone looking for a builder. I would not hesitate to use the company again!! That, indeed,says it all

  Discussed the various possibilities with David and received some good options with no hard sell. Since I used the family run company before, I knew they would be fair and do a good job. I was not let down. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to one and all.

  I urgently needed my boiler serviced. It was well overdue; I had to reset it twice myself and was worried that it would fail me altogether. Looking after a grandchild plus a new addition to the extended family meant that urgency was of the essence. Joe responded quickly, his texts were clear and reassuring. He arrived at the agreed time, did the work required at a very reasonable price and explained what he had done. Very affable young man that I would not hesitate to use again.

  Oakleigh B.S. Responded to my call and assessed the job on the same day; the quote was with me the following day. Communication was good and work was started within the given time frame. I am exceptionally pleased with the outcome; I would say it was the best work I have ever received from any contractor! James and Matt should be congratulated for the high standards they set for the company. My only regret is that I did not come across O.B.S. Until now. I would have NO hesitation in recommending the company to anyone and they will be the first port of call for any job I may have in the future.

  A real professional outfit. From the day Paul visited to give me valuable advice to the completion of the job required I received suburb advice and the work was first class. Particular praise to Harry who, not only answered questions about the task and the equipment used, but provided my wife and I with great entertainment as we watched his work in progress. I would use Benton Arboriculture again and would recommend the firm 100%. Well done to all involved.

  Jake organised the work quickly and without any problems. Team arrived at the given time, a very efficient, courteous and affable team (Charlie and Harry). Gave me free advice on an existing roofing problem and how to solve it, I was pleased to hear their comments. Would I recommend the company? 100% you can not ask for me than that.

  Unlike other companies Richard responded quickly. Provided good advice and completed work over two visits as the pump needed to be ordered. Efficiently provided the outcome required in an affable manner and to a competitive price. Would I use Richard again? 100% in the affirmative and that says it all.

  Refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom and shower leak upstairs.

  Received a quote promptly from Slavek. Work completed to a very high standard, at a competitive price, thanks to Marek and his assistant. They worked extremely hard and I had no qualms in leaving the house to them. They were courteous at all times and very professional. I had used three previous companies to fix a shower leak without success, Marek found the solution promptly and fixed it. I have already recommended PBS to friends and will use them again in the future. I have only one regret ie. That I did not know of the company sooner!!
