  Patio clean and stain removal. Brick base drive cleaned and sanded

  Matt was very keen to quote for the work and also carry it out. I sent pictures of the patio and received a good acceptable quote. I then messed him about because a number of other things came up which meant the work had to be delayed. But he was very patient and stuck with his quote. When Chris came round he was happy, cheerful and efficient. Did a good job. He promised to come back the following week to sand the drive and did so even though I paid him the full quoted price at the end of his first visit. Happy to recommend Genie Clean for this type of work.

  Replace pump and hp Crosswater shower supply valve with long Miras unit

  Jamie is efficient and a very technically knowledgeable plumber. We had been having problems with our shower for a few years and no one could find the answer. Jamie came and fixed it. We now have the pumped shower and bath that other plumbers promised and could not supply.

  Nick had planned to do this work a week ago but was very apologetic it couldn’t be done when he originally promised. He therefore reduced his price for the work by 20% without prompting and turned up 30 minutes early on the rearranged date. Nick and his mate completed the work quickly, efficiently and cleanly and gave me a report on what had been in my gutters and whereabouts the blocked areas were. All in all a very good service.
