  Gulley repairs

  Two gulleys which had not been installed incorrectly by previous builders were fixed with torch on felt, to prevent them from leaking. Very quick and efficient job, but a little bit expensive (in my opinion) for half a days work. I thought it was a bigger job than it turned out to be, based on the quote. Nevertheless they did what they said they would at the price agreed so no complaints. I would recommend this company.

  Extension and Internal works

  When work on our extension started, Sam estimated that it would be 12-14 weeks to completion. It’s now 38 weeks later and the work is around 60% complete. We have had long periods of inactivity, and it’s now very rare that anyone shows up. We’ve twice had sub contractors knocking on our door, once asking for money, even though we’ve paid Sam up front, and once simply to find him as he wouldn’t answer their calls. Communication is a huge problem, as Sam refuses to give us any sort of plan or schedule, despite us asking countless times. It has been hugely stressful with no end in sight.

  End of week 4 of the build, and things are progressing nicely. Foundations are in and Steels on order. Site kept very tidy and the team are very friendly and professional.
