  Bath and Toilet Replacement

  Job was to replace bath with walk-in shower along with toilet. Initially the job looked good but almost a month later it still isn't finished. The silicone seals have been missed in places so water is leaking out, the fan apparently couldn't be put back in until an electrician has sorted the wiring (even though this was functioning prior). The spray adhesive hasn't been cleared up properly and the flooring is now marked. Sink tile was also cracked but never mentioned. I have followed up multiple times but the last message has been ignored - I can see he has read the message.

  Front Door Lock Replaced

  Ben called to say he’d attend at 5pm but ended up turning up earlier which was great. I had a uPVC door lock which needed to be replaced, the holding screw was stuck so unable to do it myself. Ben had this replaced very quickly. Fast and efficient, would recommend
