  Hardworking and trustworthy tradesman

  I was very impressed with Premium Home Improvements. Within minutes of my post going up on Checkatrade, I had been contacted and an appointment made to come a provide a quote the next day. The day after that, the job was completed. Jack was efficient and friendly. On the day of the job, he noticed other minor issues with my roof which he fixed as well for a further reasonable price. I felt that he was trustworthy and competent. I would have no hesitation in re-using him or recommending him to anyone else. It was good to see a young man being resourceful and hardworking

  John was quick to respond to the request from Checkatrade. Polite and efficient. It was just a small job, but nonetheless, he was professional and courteous. I had to wait 4 months as he was busy on other work but that's what I had expected given the small size of my request. Very pleased with his manner and enjoyed chatting to him and his colleague whilst they were here.
