  Fixing an oven that wasn't turning on

  S M Appliances came to look at the oven, flicked the switches and checked the fuse box. Decided the oven switches weren't working. He was going to have to research how much for replacement parts and estimated around £200. He charged £88 for the call out. He never got back to me about the parts, I chased him for 2 weeks then got someone else to do it (who said the part cost £14), as I needed a working oven. After I complained S M Appliances they said they would give a £20 refund as he had done nothing more than look at the oven. I chased him for the refund for 3 weeks but never received it.
