  Radiator not working when all others are.

  I was contacted by Mayfair plumbers in response to a job I posted. The people I spoke to were friendly and clear. The engineer arrived in good time and diagnosed the problem. There was clear communication throughout, the cost was made clear in advance. The work was completed tidily and quickly.

  Good communication beforehand. Arrived punctually. Worked diligently and well, with minimum fuss and noise. Polite and friendly. Did the job excellently, left everything clean and tidy. I was surprised and pleased that they did so much work all in one day. Very happy with the result. Hope to use them again.

  Kurt was polite and responded promptly to messages. He visited to assess the job, then gave us a quotation. He arrived exactly on time, and did the work with minimum disruption, to a high standard. He left our garden very tidy. Invoice was provided promptly and payment acknowledged promptly. Very satisfied.

  Mark and his colleague was friendly and efficient. I received a clear quote for the work, and it was done. They were polite and efficient. They tidied up well afterwards and removed what they had cleared from the garden. I would definitely recommend them.

  Emergency call when external door failed to close and lock.

  Very please with the good service. On Thursday evening, they came out and were able to secure the property, and then on Friday returned, as arranged, to replace the whole door bolt and lock. The work was carried out quickly and cleanly. Both Scott and Peter were friendly and polite. I will turn to them again, should I need their help.

  A power socket had been damaged and was sparking. I rang Wycombe Electrical, and was pleased to be sent an electrician that very same day, exactly on time. The work was completed swiftly and tidily. Very content with good service.

  New pipe fitted to shower pump. Tested and checked for leaks. All OK.

  I contacted Mr Greene on Wednesday evening, and he agreed to visit and fix our shower. (A previous plumber had attempted to fix it, removed a vital pipe and then disappeared). Mr Greene gave me a 2hr window in which he would arrive, and he did so, early in that time. He worked swiftly and effectively. Everything was was tidy and fully functioning. I am very satisfied with his speed, courtesy and efficiency.
