  Josh and Alex were excellent professionals, they completed the work to a great standard, at a very competitive price and were happy to overdeliver in order to make us happy with their work. Really happy with how the painting came out they've helped us to really make our hallway look brighter and more welcoming, many thanks to both lads.

  Identification of leak, immediate fix of the faulty pump.

  The plumber did an excellent job at finding the leak - very thorough checking all visible water appliances. After finding the leak he was very quick and fixing the issue and checking all his work afterwards to ensure no recurrence of the fault. Very tidy, cleared up all the mess and replaced all removed fittings. Provided me a report to use as evidence and photos as well, and provided advice to myself and neighbour on next steps. Very pleased with the service, would highly recommend for anyone looking for a local plumber service.

  Replacement of leaking water pressure pump

  Ben carried out the work to replace the damaged water pump and associated piping, which sorted the issue at the time. However two months later I have had to call a second plumber in who found that the pump did not have a washer in the pipe (indeed it was simply left on the floor next to the pump). This caused severe damage to the ceiling of the flat beneath mine and additional costs to fix the new leak and repair the damage which I will look to get repaid for. Ben did not seem malicious and I do believe this was simply an accident, but a costly one nonetheless.
