  ROGUE TRADER - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  Avoid. I hired Raheem Khaliq (AimHigher Builders) for a ceiling repair of a property i managed. He was unreliable with repeated lateness and no-shows. He pressured us for part payment halfway through the job, then pressured us to pay in full, as soon as he finished, before we could review the work. The ceiling was left in a terrible state. He left the property in a mess every visit. He agreed to refund the money, took landlord's bank details, then never paid and ignored all our messages. Extremely dishonest!

  Hello, as soon as I posted job i had a call from locksmith master 24/7 I described the issue and within 30 mins a gentleman called bekhruz khamidov attended and resolved the issue. He was very polite and helpful and went out his way to help.

  Shower replacement

  Joe was able to promptly identify the problem with the shower. He informed me of the problem with photo and video graphic evidence. He gave me a fair quote for the shower replacement. He promptly replaced the shower for me. I haven't yet tested the shower as the property is rented . Joe is a great communicator I highly recommend his services
