  Dylan and the team were amazing. Re-built my old garden wall and added new fencing. Efficient, organised, friendly with great communication. Did a great job, really happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.

  Worktop removal, electrical changes, tap replacements, flooring

  Would highly recommend ST Maintenance. Removed old worktops, replaced light & plug sockets, replaced pendant lighting, fixed flooring & added scotia, replaced sink taps, fitted undermount sink. Great communication, knowledgeable and really friendly. Problem solved any issue I had. Pulling together another list of things I need help with in the house and will get them back in.

  Beautiful floor sanding

  Absolutely love my newly sanded wooden floors. Dave was brilliant - quick, efficient. Extremely tidy, not a spec of dust left behind. The floors look amazing. It’s a very large room and every nook was sanded perfectly. 100% recommend. Very happy.
