  Underfloor insulation

  George was brilliant. We required the existing floor to be lifted and insulation installed. Throughout the process George was tidy, considerate and offered advice on how to achieve the best outcome. The team documented the process throughly with photos for my records. I would definitely use GAS again for similar works or general construction in our home.

  Panelling and picture rail installation

  Our scope of works included remove of old panelling, picture rails and installation of new ones. The house has been left in a worse state than prior to starting the work. - Holes left in walls and damage to alcatrave where old panelling removed - New skirting board not properly attached to the wall & new dado rail cracked - Old panelling not fully removed - Re-inforcement mesh still showing and holes in wall where plastering not complete - Incorrect angle beading used, plasterboard not flush to wall Photos sent to tradesman and didn't want to remedy, claimed finish represented the quote
