  Fault finding

  He was incredibly hardworking and stayed longer than expected to make sure the fault was completely found, repaired, and safety tested. He didn’t charge me a penny extra for the additional time he spent here, which was incredibly honest and much appreciated. Best of all, he took the time to talk through everything clearly so I understood exactly what the problem was and how to keep the house safe moving forward.
