  Overall work good but poor contact ability for remedial work afterwards

  Martin and his team have done a lot of work for us within a very short time frame. They were also very easy to communicate with and we worked together to choose the fittings etc. We were also promised a year's warranty for any work that had been completed. Overall, we were happy with their work, although it was not to the standard they had promised us. It was clear that some short cuts had been taken in order to complete the work in the time frame promised. We accepted this but have been very disappointed with how difficult it has been to contact the company for any further remedial work.
