  Excellent renovation work on a challenging flat

  Richard and his team did an excellent job renovating my flat, including a full bathroom refit, replacing bedroom subfloors, removing built-in cupboards, repairing partition walls and replacing doors throughout. It was a difficult job in a 1970s ex-local authority flat, with unexpected mould, old plumbing, ruined subflooring, uneven door frames and unusual materials. Communication was frequent and clear, and I was consulted properly about risks, options and costs. They worked well with my budget and were punctual, tidy and considerate while my wife and I lived there.
