  Collapsed guttering.

  William came the same day, carried out the work - replacing guttering and some little adjustments to the water butt etc. It was all done very well and with minimum fuss and has left that corner of my property in very good order.

  Jon was efficient and completed the job as well as he could as unknown to me ( or forgotten ) my tv wall mounting was damaged, but it is all working well.

  Taking down a cupboard and building shelves to disguise exposed pipes thus revealed.

  Jon was friendly, efficient and did a beautiful but complicated job, in a grade 2 listed house. He was asked to take down panelling forming a cupboard extending from the understairs space, make good this space, replace the panelling on the back wall and make a shelving unit to cover exposed pipes and consumer unit. It was complicated and very messy and needed ongoing discussions in the process. He did an excellent job including hole filling and sanding prep ready for painting. I am thrilled with the result.

  The problem was thoroughly investigated for a later time. No work done for further thought by me.

  Very helpful inspection but the plumber needed to check he had made right decision and I needed to look at other work that needed sorting before this work was done. I am very happy with what was said and done.
