  He was very quick with the quote, fitted us in soon, and completed the work in a very busy two days. Very good value. He also quoted for additional work - the addition of a handrail for our steps and completed that job the same day. Couldn't recommend more for speed, competence, consultation and price.

  They arrived on time, kept us informed of progress and coped with some pretty miserable weather. Listening to the work going on on a house near us at this moment, it reminds me that the team were also polite and unobtrusive!

  He turned up to assess asses our patio spot on time, and took note of all the things we wanted done. He made sure we knew what was involved. When I phoned to make an appointment, he made special arrangements for us because we wanted it done pretty quickly. Arrived on time, was careful not to get spray into the pool, and did a great job. Cleaned up excellently afterwards. I am happy to recommend his work. Five star.

  Excellent. Arrived on time. Repaired the old key. Cut and programmed a new key. Charged me substantially less than the quote, as he said repairing the old key was simple.

  Darren was recommended to us. He and his people turned up as arranged, didn't disrupt us, did a few more jobs than quoted (at no additional price) and were always helpful and friendly. Good quality work. Very happy to recommend to others.

  Replace extractor fan in difficult position in loft.

  Not an easy job but he stuck to his quote. In doing it he trod on a badly-fixed water pipe (not his work!) that broke, and he replaced it for free, requiring a separate visit.

  Presented the options clearly and quoted a very reasonable price. Replaced boiler - a very neat job - and tidied up some extra piping for free. Resolved my immersion heated problem (which previous plumber had been unable to do) to give us heat while the old boiler was replaced. Took trouble to match up the bricks and mortar where he had to brick in the old pipe vent hole. Very professional - left us feeling comfortable with the installation and the instructions
