10 Boiler stopped working

Our boiler stopped working last night - we thought in was an immersion heater issue and posted a job on here. Nick was quick to respond and indeed made himself available at short notice. By lunch time today our boiler was fixed, the cause was found to be smaller than anticipated and Nick explained everything he did.
