  Front door lock mechanism and cylinder replacement

  Excellent service from Louis. He responded quickly to my enquiry, reviewed photos of the existing lock and explained the available options clearly. Communication was excellent throughout and he kept me updated on his arrival time. The faulty lock mechanism and cylinder were replaced the same day and new keys were supplied. The new lock is much smoother to operate and the issue was resolved exactly as described. The final price matched the quote provided with no unexpected extras. Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Highly recommended.
