  Speedy and efficient service

  I'm very pleased with the speed that the work was done, the ease of the appointment process and getting a quote via email, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the person who arranged and did the work. When I emailed photos of the window in question the guy knew immediately who'd fitted them, and though they're old windows, said he'd be able to repair them. I also had several questions about my glazing and how to protect all the windows from further deterioration and was advised on which products to purchase. I felt reassured by and feel confidence in this company

  Water pump replacement

  I called Steven about a temperamental water pump. He spent 15 minutes chatting about options, and I said I'd wait until the pump finally died before changing anything, which he thought was sensible. A couple of weeks later I had a leak under my kitchen sink which he found the source of, and it wasn't at all where I thought it came from, which gave me confidence in him. The next day my water pump died and Steven's just replaced it quickly and competently. In all my dealings with him he's been friendly, helpful, thorough and taken time to explain things clearly to me.

  Repointing

  We're pleased with our repointing. We had a couple of queries, but everything was sorted out with kindness and patience. A friendly, helpful firm. A couple of extra things were kindly sorted for us too, after the initial quote was done.

  Extremely polite, friendly, helpful, hardworking team. They were very calm and patient despite the delays and helped keep us calm too! The boxes were picked up promptly when finished with. Phone contact was easy and efficient. We would definitely recommend this company.
