  Flat roof replaced

  Ryan took off a black roof and replaced it with a light grey one, it doesn’t match the front of the house & I wasn’t informed before instillation it would be a completely different colour. He said he would put some black edging on but wasn’t sure when he could do it, I kept contacting he kept putting it off, he was off on holidays then was off work. I got Ryan to quote for my main roof a year later & he was £4,000 more than a different quote I received. He now said I need to pay £200 for the black edging as he didn’t get the work for the main roof. He’s asked me to email then is ignoring me.

  Ryan was great, explained all options and pricing. Was very honest and helpful. Work was carried out ahead of schedule. Would 100% recommend.
