  To check and service two fireplaces.

  Mark came and checked two gas fireplaces, neither of which had worked since we moved in. The fireplace in the lounge is old but Mark checked the chimney, cleared out the fireplace, stacked all the coals back in the right place and got it working again. He also checked the one in the dining room to confirm that it had been completely disconnected (and did offer to connect it back up but we are having building work done at some point so didn’t seem worth it!). Mark was incredibly knowledgeable, showed me how to operate the fire and it’s now working beautifully just in time for a cold snap!

  Fitting a new dishwasher

  Luke came to fit a new dishwasher for us. Not straight forward as included moving a plug to under the sink and plumbing the dishwasher in behind an integrated fridge. He did a brilliant job, and when the dishwasher didn’t work on the second cycle Luke came straight back and sorted it the next day (turned out the water pressure was too high). Price was as quoted, he was clean and tidy and did a great job, would recommend.
