  My door wouldn’t open and he got the door open, removed the old lock and replaced it with a new one.

  Dan was prompt and clear about the job. Arrived at the time proposed, was very clear about what he was doing and the charges involved and tidied up after himself. The door now closes more tightly and the lock is more robust and looks better than the old one. I’m a very happy customer!
