  Good, quick communication. Came literally the day after the quote was accepted. Price was good, as was the quality of the work. Particularly impressed that they managed to source reclaimed matching tiles for the broken ones that needed replacing. All in all I'm glad we picked them to do the job, and I'd definitely hire them again.
