  Excellent overall service - No complaints at all - Very professional - Communication and Timeliness was very good and was competent in all technical aspects of the job. Also offered advice on other aspects of the product that I was replacing the hob with, which was very helpful.   More than happy with the overall level and quality of service which was outstanding all around, and have no hesitation in recommending him to others or using him again. Timeliness and communication were excellent, and in my opinion Chris worked hard, cleanly and effectively and clearly very competent regarding work carried out for me - To fit an Induction Hob and also replace a Shower Room extraction fan, where he corrected faults from the original installation and brought it up to modern standards, which I feel required additional work not initially apparent, but he held his original quote.

  This was the second job that I have had done by the company in past 2 or 3 weeks, and on both occasions the quality of work and willingness throughout the process could not be faulted - It was a different person each time carrying out the work, but both were excellent in all aspects. Would use the company again if required, and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

  Picked worn/broken lock and replaced.

  Excellent service in all aspects and would fully recommend for this type of work. Basically the lock did not work and needed to be opened and replaced. However this type of lock was about 55 years old and was no longer available and so Peter purchased a current lock with the same mechanism and refitted this in the old case. He still maintained the original price quoted. Communication and co-operation was excellent and he made the effort to complete work ahead of the planned time. Have already recommended him to others. Nothing negative to say, all positives.

  A good quality job. Excellent service - nice and friendly person to do business with.
