  Ralph was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had a particularly bad case of seized shower cartridges but Ralph did not loose patience and applied a variety of techniques which eventually led to successful removal of cartridges. Ralph was also very punctual and good at time keeping. Overall very impressed with efficiency from initial response through to final invoice.
