  Do NOT use this company. They are incompetent and dishonest. Instead of repairing one plate on my SMEG induction hob the operative chipped the edge badly and made a substantial crack across the corner. He assured me the company would make it good, but I have heard nothing from them whatsoever. It will cost me £800 to replace the hob.

  R&B arrived late on a Friday afternoon because of a flat tyre earlier. They worked fast and efficiently and left the spaces tidy. They were a lovely polite team and incredibly good value and I will use them again.
