  MVHR fitted in bungalow

  We have been impressed with Artemis - particularly Connor, who made the initial assessment and then oversaw the team from start to finish. He explained everything, answered questions patiently and knowledgeably, and was polite and responsive throughout. The team was really clean and tidy and the end result was neat and has completely solved the problem of damp and mould in a bungalow with a heat pump. Connor spotted a couple of things he wasn't happy with, on the final day of the job, and called the engineers back to sort it out the next day - no quibbles or drama, just high quality input

  Garage conversion

  We would definitely recommend Andy and his team. Trustworthy, polite, cleaned up as they went. Very clear about costs and stuck to their original quote - where we needed a change to the original plan (different steps going into new room), Andy explained it and quoted us for it before going ahead. Can't fault them, and they've done a brilliant job for us. Of note, Andy was also a third of the cost of the highest quite we received. Excellent value for money and really nice team to have in the house.

  Trapped and removed rats.

  Steve is courteous, knowledgable, friendly and helpful - we wouldn't use anyone else. We called him as we suspected rats under our house. He attended the same day and did 3 follow-up visits, trapping the rats but also identifying and sealing off their access points (cemented the holes around a drain, added a bar of wood to the bottom of the outside door). Steve explained what he was doing at each step. He wore a mask and maintained social distancing throughout. Cost was £120 (including VAT) much less than we'd expected, given 4 total visits and proofing work. Absolutely recommended.

  Changing light fittings throughout house, switching plug sockets to safer spurs in bathroom

  Really pleased with Steve and Ed. Steve gave the quote, and explained that there would be some unknowns (e.G. Until he accessed the ceiling space, difficult to know which fittings would be possible). Ed did the work - polite, speedy, tidy, pleasant guy. Unable to fit the fittings we'd been quoted for (which they'd bought for the job) but managed to instead fit LEDs instead. When we asked Steve to revise the quote, excluding the extra fittings, he did so without any fuss, and gave a very fair price. Definitely recommend - very honest and not trying to wring extra money out of us.
