  David carried out an EICR to my flat before i began a refurbishment. There were no major issues and he advised that even tho it was old wiring, a rewire wasn't technically necessary, but would be beneficial at this stage, with all the planned works. I decided to go with a full rewire in the end and have a bit more peace of mind. Very happy with his professionalism and transparency.
