  New flat EPDM roof

  Anthony and his team were incredible from start to finish. They came to assess the issue with the flat roof and quickly assessed the cause of the issues. Instead of offering to just replace the flat roof like for like, they provided a better solution that would prolong the longevity of the flat roof. The quote was reasonable and the workmanship was exceptional. I would highly recommend ARM Roofing and i'll definitely be using them again in the future.

  EICRs / Remedial Work for 8 Commercial Shops

  I have previously used RS Electrical for electrical work in residential and commercial properties. RS Electrical were instructed to conduct EICRs for 8 commercial shops which highlighted significant defects and serious safety concerns. After receiving quotes for the remedial work, they repaired and made safe all shops to an extremely high standard. I cannot fault their workmanship and the communication is second to none. The whole team, from admin to the electricians, are a credit to the company. I would highly recommend RS Electrical to anyone looking for skilled/reliable electricians.

  Asbestos Reports for 10 Commercial/Domestic Properties

  Lei's service was fantastic from the initial conversation to providing the final reports. The communication was 10/10 and Lei was professional throughout the whole process. The reports were detailed and contained recommendations for monitoring/further inspections. I would definitely recommend using Lei for any asbestos investigations and I will definitely be using him again.

  Lee and the whole of the Tidy Fencing team were excellent. We required 16 fence panels to be replaced and around 50m of farm fencing installed. I cannot fault their workmanship - they came when they said they would, did an exceptional job and left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Lee and his team if you need any fence panels replacing/installing. I will certainly be using them again.

  Electrical Installation, EICRs and rewiring

  The whole service from the RS Electrical team has been excellent from start to finish. I have now used them on several occasions over the past 4 months on both residential and commercial properties. Mandy and the rest of the office team are fantastic with their communication, keeping me updated with quotes, work commencement dates, appropriate certificates etc. Tom (our electrician who worked on all the jobs) has been exceptional. His quality of work is some of the best I have seen. I wouldn't hesitate recommending RS Electrical for any residential/commercial work.

  Fascia, Soffits and Gutters replacement

  Craig and the rest of the team did a fantastic job on a commercial supply and installation of fascias, soffits and deep flow gutters. The quote was a reasonable price and the work was completed to a great standard. I would highly recommend Millington and Sons for any work within their remit and they are a company I will be using again in the future.
