  Bathroom blockage emergency!

  We previously had work done in the bathroom by someone else but the issue wasn't resolved and there was another blockage. Alan went to the flat quickly and the work was completed as a matter of urgency. I rent out the property and the situation was extremely stressful, but Alan went above & beyond to be reassuring, calm and helpful throughout. He then went back again very quickly when there was a further issue. The work was completed to a high standard - I would definitely recommend using this company!

  Key snapped in lock - key removed and new barrel fitted

  Key snapped in lock and I was stuck outside. Dan arrived within 30 mins and sorted it all out in 20 min! Very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend.
