  Removal and replacement of cracked brick in kitchen extension wall

  Julio's communication was excellent, keeping me fully informed of options to fix my problem and costs and on the day in letting me know his expected arrival time. He did an extremely thorough job fixing the original problem and really went the extra mile in fixing other issues with the wall on the same visit. He clearly takes great pride in his work as the wall was left looking immaculate after his work. I have no hesitation in recommending Julio.

  I have used Tony's help to clean our driveway and patio twice within the last year, firstly to smarten our old house up prior to sale and secondly to smarten the new house up after we moved in. Tony's work is high quality, he is punctual and communicative and a thorough pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

  Broke contract by not completing job and refused to refund not worked hours

  Agreed to complete deep clean of house the day we moved in. Paid £60 premium to start at 13:00 and do a full day's work through until late in the evening. At 18:00 on the day she announced she "normally returns to complete the hours on a later date" and left, leaving us with an unclean house. Broke explicit agreement to complete in one day and work late. Not useful to us as we had to complete house clean ourselves after she left. Has refused to refund us for the 3 hours not worked. I understand that it's not easy to clean around removal men but even so, quality of cleaning was poor.

  Fit new LNB to satellite dish

  David came to fit a new LNB to an existing satellite dish and to sort the cabling in the house to get Freesat and cable TV routed to the right rooms. David is prompt, courteous, good at explaining the work he is doing to a lay person, works to a high standard and is reasonably priced. Have used his services before and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

  Didn't show up, didn't communicate that they weren't going to show up, didn't return communications

  Arranged a date for visit. The day came. No communication two hours after agreed time so I called them. Man who answered promised to get back to me. He didn't. Emailed lady who I agreed the appointment with who said she'd get back to me to see about attending later in the day. She didn't. Shocking communication. Would not trust them.

  Satellite dish installation and connection to 5 rooms in house.

  Cannot praise David highly enough for quality of service and workmanship received. My satellite installation turned out to be more complex than anticipated (due to decisions taken by the builders of our house). David did a great job explaining the options available to us in connecting the various rooms in the house and worked late into the afternoon to leave us with more viewing options per room than we thought possible. Highly recommended.
