  Friendly and efficient

  Polite and friendly. Postponed to the next day due to personal issues but I was able to delay and he kept in touch so I wasn't left stuck. Identified the problem, and was happy to explain it to me so that I could see the issue (the mechanism on our window had failed, despite getting it changed only last year). I felt confident that he knew what he was doing. Flavius got the job done within an hour window.

  The team were exceptionally polite and helpful, easy to get hold of and honest about anything they felt might be a problem. The work was generally well done and I didn't feel that short cuts were being taken anywhere. There were quite a few areas of snagging that needed attending, small things that were easy to fix, noticed after they had left as there was quite a hurry to leave on Friday, but John was more than happy to come back and fix these. House was kept tidy - floors and surfaces left rather dusty and I re mopped once they had gone, but this was not a problem. Generally very pleased.
