  Arber came to our house to carry out an inspection, explained different options, and provided detail quotations of different options. His communications are always clear and with patience. On the day of work, he arrived on time, explained the work again, listened to our concerns including requests from our neighbours. The work was carried out smoothly. You can see that he knows what he was doing inside out. Left the place clean and tidy. Glad to have used his service.

  Alan was quick to respond to our initial enquiry and explained to us clearly how he would carry out the survey, what we would expect and gave us useful tips. He is prompt, direct, clear and very efficient since our first contact. The inspection was carried out on a Monday morning and we received the survey report on Wednesday evening. Alan was also quick to respond when we had a question regarding the survey report.
