  We have some issues with the flat and Marcin told us he would go an look at the problem. It is hard enough to schedule tenants alongside tradesmen. He pulled a no-call no show.

  We are a busy property manager and often times you just want to book in a job and know that it is going to work. This company confirmed the appointment during business hours for the following day, then sends us a whatsapp message after business hours at 19:00 demanding a 50% deposit. It is a good thing that we called before just sending them money as they never actually confirmed the appointment. When I explained that this is the sort of behaviour that encourages bad reviews, the person over the phone just wanted to argue. Hopefully you guys learn from this sort of unprofessionalism.

  Fixing a leak in flat

  I’ve used this company a few times. They’ve messed up in the passed, having charged twice for the same problem but I decided to give them another go. We scheduled to have a plumber come out on 23 December and had them booked over a week before. The technician called us 30 minutes before he was supposed to show and said they’d cancel and no information as to when they would come back. Lousy service and won’t use them again. Left our poor tenants with a leak for Christmas.

  Contractor took 2 weeks to complete a simple job. He haggled me for payment before he even started the work. After he completed it he kept hassling me every day. As a landlord with several flats in the area, we pay invoices within 48 hours of work completing. It does not bode well for me in the trade to be hassled constantly for payment. I won't be using this person again. TIme will tell if the problem recurs.
