  Worst Trader Ever

  Michael Norman told us the works would take three weeks. THREE months later and still not completed. Excuses after Excuses. Worst still are his working practices. Slate tiles and yellow batons everywhere. Due to all the debris, gutters and drains were full which lead to a severe flooding of our home. Initially Michael offered us 5k, to dry out our walls and redecorate (he said he would repaint the walls). Plus much needed replacement of lifted new floor and replace saturated new sofa. He also provided a dehumidifier because! he has no Public Liability Insurance. Has not been back to complete!

  Nigel Down was professional, knowledgeable, reliable and an all round decent person to gave about. Could not recommend more highly. Worked very hard but was quick and very tidy 10/10
