  Water leak detection

  Charlie arrived early, and detected an increase in dampness level on a section of internal wall which confirmed my suspicion that the roof was leaking water into a cavity wall and then onto the old floor. So i now know i need to find a roofer. The hourly rate for the work done seemed high, but I knew that in advance, and they were the only company who took on the job quickly.
