  Repairs needed on 3 UPVC windows which don't open and 1 which doesn't close properly.

  We contacted Metroglaze and Adrian arrived within a few hours to check what was causing our problems. He returned a couple of days later with new handles, opening mechanism and hinges. Our Anglian UPVC windows were fitted 21 years ago so Adrian had to adapt the new parts to fit our windows. He was very conscientious and professional and we are very pleased with the results. Vicky and Adrian kept us informed at every stage. We would definitely recommend Metroglaze for an excellent service at a resonable price.

  Fixing three UPVC windows which we could not open and one which we could not close properly.

  The glazier arrived promptly to check what was causing the problems. He was very helpful and explained the cause of the problems. He came back with new parts and fitted them. He left everything clean and tidy. We would certainly recommend him.

  Blocked filter on washing machine.

  Patrick moved the washing machine and took it apart. He cleaned the filter thoroughly and washed it. He also cleaned the pump. He re-assembled the washing machine and checked that it was working properly. He moved it back into position, swept the floor and left everything clean and tidy. Patrick was polite and helpful and I would definitely recommend him.

  Removal of a Yew tree, a bamboo and several large shrubs in BR2.

  The company arrived early this morning. After confirming which trees and shrubs were to be removed, the company started work and cut down the trees and shrubs. They ground out all the stumps and tidied up all the branches and other debris. They left the garden looking tidier than it had been before they started. I would definitely recommend the company.
