  Second time we have used Allan. Last time for the rear garden (which is / was a fantastic job and a 10/10 review ) so had no hesitation is asking for help again to replace the drive. As before, great communication, excellent job to a high standard. The lads are hard working, polite and very helpful in keeping you updated and talking through requirements and solutions. Would highly recommend !

  Once again, excellent service from Steve, Martyn, Jeff and everyone at SBC. Third time we have used SBC having completed works in December 2021 and 14 years ago! Quality workmanship, delivered on time and on budget. We were kept up to date throughout and consulted on all options to ensure the work was as we wanted. If ever we need a builder again - I will be in touch and would highly recommend.

  Sterling Paving and Groundworks have completely transformed our garden . The team arrived early and on time every morning and completed the job ahead of time to the highest standard, cleaning up each night and working with us along the way to ensure the work was as we wanted.   SBC completed an extension for us 14 years ago. When we were again looking for work to the house we had no hesitation in approaching Steve again. Again, SBC have delivered. Steve will only promise what he can deliver which is exactly what you want. Every day, the team turned up on time , prompt 8am. Jeff, the Forman, Paul, the joiner, Keven and all the contractors were polite, hard working and completed the job to the highest standard. I can not recommend SBC enough. They have transformed our home. If we ever need work again we will no doubt be going back to SBC. Thank you so much

  We have used before for our own home and approached again when my mum needed a new boiler. Excellent, local service and price. All completed on line but experts there to give advise when needed. All works completed as expected and job left tidy after completion. Would highly recommend. Thank you
