  Helpful, flexible, and reasonably priced

  Malcolm was very flexible, we purchased a new electric shower and he fitted it for us, it works great. We invited him out to fix a leaking toilet inlet and quote to replace to toilet, but his quote was so reasonable he replaced the loo same day (we did have to dispose of the old one ourselves, which seems fair given it was last minute!). Very cheerful and self-sufficient, he even declined a cuppa as he had his own thermos with him! We're planning to invite him back to do a few more jobs - highly recommended.
