  Prompt, quick, efficient and reliable

  David was prompt - he arrive at the day and time he said he would. He was very polite His price was very reasonable and the work has been completed quickly and efficiently. He is definitely reliable and I will use him again for other jobs I may have. I highly recommend him to anyone else

  Unreliable, unprofessional and doesn't keep his word

  He didn't turn up twice or contact me on either occasion to apologise or re-arrange. The first occasion the weather was very wet and windy but he didn't call me to say he wouldn't be there. I had to call him several hours later. We then re-arranged for the following week. He didn't turn up again, didn't call me or leave me any message, nor did he reply to various messages I left on his phone or his web site form. I stayed in for several hours, wasting my day. One week later he hasn't even had the decency to apologise

  Didn't turn up - didn't call

  Said he would drop a note through letterbox the next week giving a date he could clean my windows.,2 weeks later I called and was told he would call me back. No-one called back. I called again and left a message. One week later and no response. A very unreliable company.
