  Excellent heating and plumbing engineer

  I've know Aaron for nearly 10 years and he always does an excellent job. He has carried out work at both personal and rental properties, ranging from boiler servicing and appliance installs, to full boiler and water tank replacements. He never has to be called back as he fixes the problem first time, and his rates are competitive. Aaron is always the first choice for any heating and plumbing work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

  Rosen plastered and painted a bedroom, hall, stairs and fitted flooring in a hall. He was always on time, tidy and the quality of his workmanship was very good. Highly recommended.

  Boiler reporting fault.

  I called John for a faulty boiler at a rental property on a Saturday. He responded immediately and was at the property within 15 mins looking at the fault. He provided a detailed description of the problem, its cause and resolved it quickly. He was extremely professional throughout, and I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend his services in the future. If you're looking for a reliable, professional and very competitively priced heating and plumbing engineer, John is your man!

  Advice on repair of Cannon Cooker

  Bart came out the same day to look at a Cannon cooker to see if a replacement FFD (Flame Failure Device) that I had ordered through eSpares could be fitted. Despite providing the model, ver and S/N via their website, and an agent confirming they had a suitable replacement, Bart demonstrated it was not compatible. He then tried to locate a suitable replacement part, confirming the following day that it was on back-order with no ETA. Throughout, Bart was helpful and knowledgeable, spending considerable time on this. At no point did he a ask for payment and gave his advice willingly. Recommend!

  Changed locks after burglary.

  Gareth provided an excellent, friendly and professional service after a rental property was burgled. He attended the property promptly when he said he would, and replaced the locks and made the property secure again within 30 minutes. Any mess created by the work, was cleaned up and security advice was provided to the tenant. The charge for the work was also extremely competitive. I would not hesitate in recommending Gareth and Red Key Locksmiths, as he provides a first class service.
