  As the other review says, Alex called and confirmed he would have a look and is local and has all parts needed. No call out charges were discussed or agreed. He turned up, opened the door lock and called me asking that he does not have part to fix the lock. I requested him to put the part back, instead he started demanding 240£ for call out. I said, we never agreed to this and you mentioned you have everything needed. Later said, pay me 60£ else I would not put the part back and left the property unsecured and said, go and complain to CheckATrade, they won't do anything. Very unprofessional.

  Steve did a good job of supplying and fitting Megaflow Hot Water Cylinder and associated plumbing work. Also removed old hot water cylinder and cold water tank from the loft.

  Removal and clearance of trees, felling in front and back garden

  Work done as expected. However there was an argument with one of my neighbours as they parked the truck on there driveway. We needed access to his garden which he denied later because of the incident. Kurt did complete the job as expected which lasted more then a day.

  Bathroom Basin and water pump fitting

  Balraj is very professional and honest builder. He is always available and knows his job well. Gave good recommendation for the water pump. Sourced the basin from Selco. Made sure he did the diagnostic before starting the work and ensured all was done without any compromise. Did send me videos after the work was done. Difficult to get reliable builders and Balraj has proven himself trustworthy. Highly recommended.
